Claude Enterprise seats include a set usage allotment. Skill Usage Value is the total list-price value of everything people ran through skills — Word/Excel/PowerPoint/PDF generation, custom skills, etc. — over the last 8 days, whether or not it was covered by that allotment. Skill-Attributed Overage Spend is the narrower slice: just the portion of that usage which went beyond the allotment and incurred real extra cost.
Neither of these is your full Claude bill — they exclude chat, Claude Code, and connector usage costs, which aren't broken out this granularly by Anthropic's API. For the complete, authoritative total, check claude.ai → Usage → Billing.

Note: A meaningful share of skill usage value here is actually becoming overage spend — unlike a scenario where seat allotments absorb most usage. Skills may be a real contributor to any spend threshold warnings you've received, alongside chat, Claude Code, or connector usage that this dashboard can't separately break out.
"Activity Score" is a combined count of chat messages, Claude Code sessions, Cowork actions, and web searches over the last 30 days — it's a relative ranking, not a literal number of sessions.
